Clause 03
3.1 By accessing the Platform you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you accept them unconditionally. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
3.2 Where these Terms are made available in multiple languages for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
3.3 Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes deemed acceptance of the amended version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
3.4 These Terms incorporate by reference and should be read alongside: (a) the 777cf Privacy Policy; (b) the 777cf Responsible Gambling Policy; and (c) any specific terms applicable to individual promotions or features made available on the Platform from time to time.

4.1 To register for and maintain an Account on 777cf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
4.2 Pakistani Users: Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable legislation may restrict online gambling activity. 777cf provides information only and does not constitute a gambling service. 4.3 By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in clause 4.1 above. 777cf reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.
Underage Access Prohibited: If you are under 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — you must not access this Platform or register an Account. 777cf uses age-verification mechanisms and will permanently close any Account found to have been opened by an underage individual.
Clause 05
5.1 To access certain features of the Platform you must create an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any authentication codes with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your sole responsibility.
5.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening, operating or controlling multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
5.4 You must notify 777cf immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
5.5 777cf reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing reasons for the refusal.
Clause 06
6.1 In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to verify user identity and age, 777cf may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before certain Platform features are made available to you, or prior to processing any withdrawal request.
6.2 KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
6.3 All documents must be genuine, unaltered, fully visible and submitted through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal only. You must not submit documents via unsecured channels, third-party chat applications or email unless specifically instructed by the Platform's verified support team.
6.4 Strictly Prohibited: You must never alter, crop to conceal information, digitally edit or in any way falsify any identity document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of falsified documents is a criminal offence under Pakistani law and will result in immediate permanent Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
6.5 777cf reserves the right to place a temporary withdrawal hold on your Account pending successful completion of KYC verification. This hold shall be lifted as soon as verification is satisfactorily completed.
Clause 07
7.1 All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered and selected by the User at the time of the transaction.
7.2 The Platform may reference payment methods commonly used within Pakistan's digital finance ecosystem — including but not limited to mobile wallet services and major domestic bank transfers — for informational and contextual purposes. Such references do not constitute endorsement, partnership or authorisation by those payment service providers. The availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed directly within the operator's live cashier at the time of intended use.
7.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable transaction fees, and any restrictions on deposit methods are set by the operator and may change without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the current limits in the operator's cashier before initiating any transaction.
7.4 Deposits may be subject to provider-level restrictions imposed by the payment service provider independently of the Platform. Such restrictions are outside the control of 777cf.
7.5 You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and will constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension.

8.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and compliance with the minimum withdrawal amounts set by the operator.
8.2 Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the operator's payment policy and applicable provider-level rules.
8.3 Withdrawal processing times are estimates only. Actual processing times depend on the chosen payment method, the User's current KYC status, and the operator's internal review queue. 777cf makes no guarantee as to specific processing timescales.

13.1 The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cf disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, 777cf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory.

14.1 777cf reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material, 777cf will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, where applicable, close your Account.
Clause 15
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The specific governing jurisdiction is determined by the operator's licence and registered place of business, which may not be Pakistan. 15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting 777cf directly at the contact details provided below. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to a competent court of the applicable jurisdiction.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall affect your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
